Self drilling anchor bolt/bar (SDA / IBO)
Self-drilling anchor bolt is a fully threaded hollow steel rod, it manufactured from high quality steel, with cold rolled to standard thread. The hollow core used for flushing, drilling and grouting.
The self drilling anchor bolt has more bending strength for reinforcing solid bars, soil nails, and rock anchors.
The drill bit used to drilling, and help self drilling anchor bolt insert the hole at the same time. According to different geological conditions, it can be chosen with different shapes and materials.
The main purpose for coupler is to connect the self drilling anchor bolts. It used to extend the self-drilling hollow bars. Self-drilling anchor couplings are used to link anchor bars to make the anchor longer, thus promote its installation depth.
Self-drilling Anchor nut is used to lock the anchor system. It manufactured from high precision steel with chamfered edges on both ends from high precision steel, and tempered to meet the stringent demands on anchor specifications and the daily operations of underground work.
The plates feature a chamfered bore to ensure firm seating of the nut. The self-drilling anchor plate transmits load force from the self-drilling anchor system to the work face.
