Application of SDA (Self Drilling Anchoring system)
Self drilling anchor system can be used for underground applications and in civil engineering. In the field of underground applications, it can be used for bolting, piling, face stabilization, as fore poling element for pre-support, or as a lance for injection works.
The Self drilling anchor System also features a wide range of applications in civil engineering such as rock and soil nails, micro-piles, or ground anchors. The system is an “all in one” tool for drilling, flushing, post- or simultaneous grouting, and finally the load-carrying member itself.
Installations in weak ground and unstable borehole conditions represent no difficulty and are ideal for the application of the Self drilling anchor system.

• Self drilling anchor bar (Hollow anchor bar)
Hollow anchor bar is the body of a self-drilling anchor, as a hollow steel tube with an outer round thread, hollow anchor has the sacrificial anchor bit connected at one side, plate and nut connected at the other; two hollow anchor bars could be connected together via a coupling, for duties that requiring longer anchors.
Anchor bit is the front part of the self-drilling anchor system, by cutting and drilling rocks and other geological structures, the anchor could be sent to the designed depth.
• Self drilling anchor coupler
Self drilling anchor couplings are used to link anchor bars to make the anchor longer, thus promote its installation depth.
The self drilling anchor plate transmits load force from the self-drilling anchor system to the work face.
Self drilling anchor nut locks the plate, transmits force from anchor bar to plate and finally to the working face.
